We used Alison for the initial purchase over 3 years ago as well. At that time, the availability of homes or condos was very limited. She had a complete understanding of the properties available, as well as pricing, traffic flow, and privacy, which were all concerns to us. She took the time to know us and our needs. Throughout ownership, she maintained communication with us for any property concerns or needs. She was helpful during the ice storm as well. The recent sale of the property was just as easy. She took care of everything and was mindful of showing times, and communication was never lacking. We may be returning with our youngest in a few years, and Alison will be the first person we call.
