About Alison

Our experience with Alison was great; she sent us great listings and worked around our schedules as we were traveling to Oxford. The experience was seamless. I would highly recommend working with Alison!

We recently purchased a condo out of state, and working with Alison made what could have been a complex process incredibly smooth. She came recommended through a longtime friend, and she exceeded our expectations from our very first conversation. Because we were visiting from out of town, efficiency was key. Alison scheduled multiple showings in a single day, spending hours taking us through various developments and condo types. Her deep knowledge of the city was immediately clear—she knew exactly which areas and properties to show us so we could make a well-informed decision. Beyond helping us find and close on the property, her local network has b...

Alison was outstanding throughout our entire home-buying process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. She was always prompt, responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way - from scheduling showings to guiding us through the purchase and closing process. She is professional, she is a wealth of knowledge, and she shows that she cares, which made for a smooth and enjoyable journey. We highly recommend Alison to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We used Alison for the initial purchase over 3 years ago as well. At that time, the availability of homes or condos was very limited. She had a complete understanding of the properties available, as well as pricing, traffic flow, and privacy, which were all concerns to us. She took the time to know us and our needs. Throughout ownership, she maintained communication with us for any property concerns or needs. She was helpful during the ice storm as well. The recent sale of the property was just as easy. She took care of everything and was mindful of showing times, and communication was never lacking. We may be returning with our youngest in a few ye...

My experience with Alison was fantastic; she was patient when I wanted to move slowly and super responsive when I was ready to go! When I was finally ready to make a decision, we looked at 6 properties. At the end of that day, I knew exactly which property was right for me because Alison was so knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had, which made my decision so easy!

It was wonderful. This was our first time buying a house, and Alison walked us through every step. She was very helpful and made the process seamless.
